258 deputies voted “for”, “against” – 9, “abstained” – 50.

The subjects of the intelligence community of Ukraine in the law name the coordination body for intelligence, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, the intelligence agency of the State Border Service, other components of the security and defense sector identified by the NSDC, which are involved by intelligence agencies for intelligence tasks.

Criticism from the OLE faction was caused by the possibility of foreign intelligence work on the territory of Ukraine provided for in the law. The faction believes that this is the sphere of activity of the SBU, police and other law enforcement agencies.
