Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia commented on results of Normandy Four advisers meeting

Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia, spoke about the results of negotiations between political advisers to the heads of the countries of the “Normandy format”, which took place in Berlin on September 11.

As the politician noted, there are no special breakthroughs at the Berlin consultations, just as there are no grounds for holding the next Normandy Summit.

The advisers to the leaders of the countries agreed only that the ceasefire in the Donbas would be implemented.

“The decision of the Verkhovna Rada on the terms of the elections in Donbass aggravated the situation with the settlement”, – he said.
