In Brazil, Bahia State authorities signed an agreement to conduct the third phase of testing of the Russian coronavirus vaccine.
They want to buy 50 million doses, Reuters reports.
“A confidentiality agreement was signed on Tuesday for testing, and Bahia will receive the first 500 doses as soon as Anvisa, Brazil’s regulatory body, approves the test protocol”, – said Rui Costa, governor of the state.
Vaccine trials will start in October.
