Trump decided not to get involved in Navalny's case

This statement was made by US President Donald Trump during a press conference at the White House.

According to him, now the American administration has no evidence of the alleged poisoning of the Russian oppositionist. At the same time, Trump has assured that he will study the issue.

“We will study the data and documents, because in the next few days we will be sent a lot of documents,” the president said.

In this regard, he also touched upon the construction of the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline. Trump recalled that he opposed this project, which was an obstacle to American interests.

“I asked why Germany is giving billions and billions of dollars to Russia to get its energy resources from Russia, and we are supposed to protect Germany from Russia,” Trump added.
