As News Front reported earlier, parliamentary elections were held in Montenegro. According to the results of the processing of 100% of the ballots, 35.06% of the vote was won by the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists. It is only by 2,51% more than the opposition party “For the future of Montenegro”. Besides that, another opposition party “Peace is our nation” received 12,53% of support. It is expected that they will create a parliamentary coalition and form a government by resigning the scandalous head of state Milo Djukanovic.
Prospects for the fall of the thirty-year-old regime in recent days are causing clashes. On the eve of the parliamentary elections in Niksic, the car entered the crowd of opposition supporters.
It also became known about a mass fight in the Montenegrin capital between supporters of the ruling party and the opposition. The participants put stones and bottles into action. The policemen had to take them apart. Several people were injured in the incident.
