Today is a solemn day in Ukraine: the country is wrapped in yellow and blue flags all over the controlled area, as well as nationalist flags of Ukrainian fighters.
Along with ordinary residents, the militants also marched. Thus, the capital of Ukraine hosts the march of nationalists and so-called ‘ATU veterans’ in honor of the Independence Day of Ukraine. A similar event took place in Nikolaev, on Ukraine’s Independence Day, where Nikolaev nationalists held a traditional march through the streets of the city. Throughout Ukraine, ATOShniki veterans go out to parades and rallies.
In addition, on August 24, prayers and flower-laying ceremonies are held in the capital and cities of the country at the memorial signs and graves of prominent Ukrainians, fighters for independence, the victims of the Revolution of Dignity and AToshniki.
