The Republic has made an official request to the global alliance for vaccines and immunization.
The head of the Moldovan Health Ministry, Viorica Dumbrevyanu, said that Moldova is included in the list of countries that will be provided with a coronavirus vaccine, a-tv.md reported.
“Moldova officially asked the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization to be included in the list of countries to be provided with the vaccine after its successful development, testing and registration according to all the rules. I want to announce that we have received confirmation that we are included in this list and we will receive the vaccine from Coronavirus as soon as it is available”, – Dumbrevyanu said.
Earlier, President Igor Dodon said that when the coronavirus vaccine appears in Moldova, the immunization will be voluntary.
