Britain and Ukraine are going to conduct joint exercises in the Black Sea

British troops are going to conduct joint exercises with Ukrainian colleagues. We’re talking about sea maneuvers in the Black Sea.

This is stated in a message on the website of the British Cabinet.

“The Maritime Training Initiative will enable even more cooperation with NATO and armed forces around the world and will allow us to strengthen Ukraine’s new status as a partner of NATO with enhanced capabilities”, –  it was said.

The decision on the exercise was made after the meeting of British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace with his Ukrainian counterpart Andriy Taran and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchakov.
It is not yet known when the exercise will take place.
