German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas told who Berlin wants to impose anti-Belarusian sanctions against.
According to him, they want to direct the measures “against people involved in manipulation of elections and violence.”
At the same time, Maas insists that there will be no sanctions that could harm the population. Germany is already preparing a sanctions list.
