A rally of supporters of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is about to begin in Minsk. It will take place on Independence Square in the center of the capital.
A presidential limousine was already seen in the city center, which was guarded by law enforcement officers from the Strela special forces. In addition, the police are on duty in the area of the square and on the nearby streets to prevent provocations.
