The American Time magazine admitted that the United States has lost the fight against the coronavirus epidemic.
Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov commented on the post on Twitter of the American edition in which Time journalists reflect on how it happened that the country that seemed to be the most prepared for a pandemic was actually not ready for it.
“The US media admits the death of yet another myth: that the US was better prepared than other countries for a major epidemic. So it was “considered”. Who was considered, why, how justified – it does not matter. This is American mythology – an unfounded but advantageous system of views for the United States. It is dying”, – wrote Alexei Pushkov about this.
