One person died and another was injured in an explosion in the Somali capital Mogadishu. This was reported by the Somali information portal Gubjug News.
The explosion took place in the Waberi metropolitan area. The explosive device was installed on the side of the road and detonated at the moment when an SUV drove by. The deceased and the wounded were in the car. Their identities are not revealed.
The current terrorist attack was the fourth since the beginning of the month in the center of Mogadishu. The previous ones were backed by the Islamist group “Al-Shabab”
