US President Donald Trump is convinced that the most important world problem today is the situation around the negotiations between the US and Russia on nuclear disarmament.
He said that countries were working on this issue and that the Russian side was seeking agreements.
It is a pity that the U.S. is not taking any special initiative and has little dialogue.
