Zakharova “threw an idea” for politicians who do not understand the Minsk agreements

Statements by Ukrainian politicians about a lack of understanding of the clauses of the Minsk Agreements on Donbass suggest the need for intra-Ukrainian consultations on this matter, said Maria Zakharova, spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“Maybe they don’t convene endless international summits, but finally hold one internal Ukrainian one? Gather four of us (Leonid Kravchuk, Leonid Kuchma, (Petr Poroshenko, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and try to understand what is written in the Minsk agreements?” – wrote Zakharova on Facebook.

So she commented on publications in the media about the statements of the new head of the Kiev delegation in the contact group Kravchuk, who said that he did not quite understand the components of the special status of Donbass, which is mentioned in the Minsk agreements.

Zakharova called her idea “fraternal”.

“The intra-Ukrainian summit, I am sure, will turn out to be constructive, there will be no one to blame for the disruption. One “but”: you will have to do without a voyage to Paris”, – Zakharova wrote.

“The participants are all in the subject: two were in the contact group, one signed the Minsk documents, one made them a part of the electoral program. An important fact is that two of these four did not have any questions about the Minsk package, they never said that something was not clear, vigorously discussing its implementation in world capitals and demanding from Moscow  “not to slow down the process”. So let them tell the other two what is written there”, – said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
