That is, the general believes that it is necessary to take care of the infrastructure in order to quickly pull the equipment to the borders of the Russian Federation. According to Vollmer, this “will be a serious signal to Russia”.
It turns out interestingly: Russia is allegedly preparing the invasion, but NATO is pulling military equipment into the countries near its borders. Moscow does not even think of attacking anyone, but the Alliance is shouting about the need to improve the infrastructure for the rapid movement of equipment. Who decided to “invade” where? With this attitude, it is the Russian military who must prepare to counter the threat.
