One of the leaders of the Ukrainian opposition, Verkhovna Rada deputy Renat Kuzmin, spoke about the official appeal to the SBU in connection with a new scandal around American biological laboratories in Ukraine.
On his Facebook page, the deputy published another deputy request from Viktor Medvedchuk and Renat Kuzmin about American bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine.
“In 2009, 450 Ukrainians became victims of hemorrhagic pneumonia in Ternopil. In 2011, 33 Ukrainians suffered from cholera, in 2014 – already 800, and in 2015 – in Nikolaev alone another 100. In January 2016, 20 Ukrainian servicemen died from an atypical flu similar to the coronavirus in Kharkov, and more than 200 people were hospitalized <…> Two months later, 364 people died from swine flu in Ukraine. In 2017, cases of massive spread of hepatitis A were recorded in Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Odessa and Kharkiv. And these are just some of the facts that have become known to us, hidden from the general public by the Ukrainian authorities”, – the leaders of the opposition write to the head of the SBU Ivan Bakanov with a demand to initiate a case on the fact of espionage in favor of the United States and committed sabotage.
Kuzmin claims that on the part of the United States, American bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine were supervised by Senators Richard Lugar, who was awarded the Ukrainian Order of Freedom by Poroshenko in 2016, and Barack Obama, who later became President of the United States. On the part of Ukraine – senior state officials and officials of the Ministry of Health Protection, including the acting Minister – US citizen Ulyana Suprun. According to available information, it was Suprun who “liquidated” the sanitary-epidemiological service in Ukraine and helped the American military to create their own biological laboratories on the basis of the liquidated Ukrainian ones.
“The head of the SBU and the President are simply obliged to sort out these issues, issues, not even the national security of Ukraine. This is no exaggeration – the questions of the survival of all mankind, to which we want to receive intelligible answers from the current Ukrainian government. It’s time for the President to decide with whom he is: with state criminals and foreign swindlers or with the long-suffering Ukrainian people”, – the MPs demand from the opposition.
