China is in contact with the Russian side on the issue of lifting restrictions on air traffic, the press service of the PRC Foreign Ministry told.
Earlier it became known that Rospotrebnadzor sent to the Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency a list of 13 countries with which the Russian Federation can resume air traffic within the first stage. These states can be considered as candidates for the resumption of flights at the first stage.
The list of countries that are suitable for epidemiological indicators included nine countries of the European Union (Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Finland), as well as Vietnam, China, Mongolia, Sri Lanka.
“Recently, the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) contacted the aviation authorities of China to notify that Russia will gradually lift restrictions on international passenger traffic from July 15th. Currently, the Chinese side is in contact with the Russian on this issue”, – reported in the Chinese diplomatic mission.
It is noted that, subject to safety, preventive measures and control, China is ready to begin restoring air links with Russia.
