Russian military doctors and medical equipment for the fight against coronavirus arrived in Kyrgyzstan.
This was reported in the Russian Ministry of Defense.
An IL-76 aircraft of the Russian Air Force’s military transport aviation arrived at Kant airfield in Kyrgyzstan.
“As part of the medical units – military resuscitators and infectious disease specialists, who will provide advice and practical assistance to Kyrgyz doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with new coronavirus infection, organization of preventive and disinfection measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In total, a special board of the Russian Defense Ministry delivered to the Kyrgyz Republic 19 military doctors, special medical equipment, including artificial ventilation devices, medicines and personal protective equipment”, – it was reported.
