The leaders of the EU countries continue consultations in narrow formats within the framework of the summit on the anti-crisis fund and the EU multi-year budget, the plenary session with the participation of the leaders of all 27 countries of the union is postponed and will begin no earlier than 17 Moscow time, Barend Leyts, spokesman for the head of the European Council Charles Michel, wrote on Twitter.
According to him, Michel continues to hold meetings with the leadership of individual countries of the union, now there is a meeting with the participation of the Chancellor of Germany, the President of France, the prime ministers of Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, as well as the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
