Moscow believes that Kiev’s refusal to comply with the Minsk agreements alienates the Donbass from the world

The Kremlin is disappointed with the work of Kiev in implementing the Minsk agreements. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov, passing the words of Deputy Head of Presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak.

“Russia is making great efforts in terms of working with our partners both in Berlin and Paris, and my colleague Kozak is doing it now. And so far, unfortunately, he is rather dominated by disappointment with the performance of our Ukrainian colleagues”, –  he said.

In addition, Moscow is worried about the statements of Kiev officials about the “irrelevance” of the agreements and the need to remake them.

“From our point of view, this is a very dangerous trend in the statements of the leadership in Kiev, which may significantly throw us away from the settlement of the situation in Ukraine”, – said Peskov.
