The Americans have started sending troops to Poland. This was reported by the Ministry of National Defense.
“The process of transferring American troops to Poland as part of Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise has begun”,- the agency wrote on Twitter.
The first U.S. military has already begun arriving at the training range in Dravsk-Pomorski.
The transfer is part of the exercise, which will last from July 14 to August 23. An American armored battalion will arrive in Poland.
The maneuvers, the purpose of which is to test the readiness of the U.S. military for rapid response and deployment of forces, will involve 500 soldiers.
