“Mute white people” sticker appeared on Instagram

After allegations of racism, it was removed from the the platform.

According to the NV portal, Instagram users noticed a sticker for the story with the text Mute White People (drowning out white people) and accused the social network of double standards and racism.

The first sticker was found by Fox channel employee Katie Pavlich. Later, it was supported by many conservatives and Republicans – led by Donald Trump Jr.

“Remember, this is not racism, if it is racism against white people”, – he wrote.

Also, users showed that Instagram is marked with “double standards” – when you enter the word white, stickers and gifs about “white privileges” appear, while at the request of black – gifs about the Black Lives Matter movement.
