The German Foreign Ministry believes it is time for the EU to resume dialogue on strategic relations with Russia.
This was said by German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas.
“We want to prepare for the time when we can again talk more intensively about strategic relations with Russia. I think we should prepare for that. That’s why we will deal with this topic during our presidency of the EU Council”, – he said.
