26 refugees from abroad returned to Syria in 24 hours

Another 26 refugees returned to Syria from Lebanon over the past day, according to the newsletter of the refugee reception, distribution and accommodation center, published on the website of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“Over the past day, 26 refugees returned to the Syrian Arab Republic from Lebanon through the Jade Yabus and Tell Kahlah checkpoints (including: 8 women, 13 children). From Jordan, through the Nasib checkpoint the withdrawal of refugees was not carried out”, – the report said.

Over the past day, the Russian side did not carry out humanitarian actions. The engineering units of the Syrian Armed Forces per day performed the tasks of clearing the terrain and facilities in the Duma (Damascus province), in Jasim and El Harra (province of Deraa). Specialists cleared 1.7 hectares of territory, discovered and destroyed 38 explosive objects.
