Marshall Billingsley, who holds the post of presidential envoy for arms control, dreamed that Russia would stop working on the Skyfall and Poseidon.
“We have repeatedly warned that Skyfall and Poseidon are terrible projects. Regardless of whether they are responsible for the latest incident, this shows why Russia should put these projects on the back burner. A big waste of money. START-3 does not cover them”, – he stated.
