The European Parliament covers Poroshenko’s crimes

The deputies of the European Parliament insist on stopping the criminal prosecution of Petro Poroshenko, who exceeded his authority as president.

This was stated in a statement by a group of MEPs.

They emphasize that they are “concerned about constant attempts” to bring Poroshenko to justice. The MPs consider it unacceptable “politically motivated prosecution of opponents.

“Current attempts to persecute political opponents pose a risk of a rollback of democracy, which is in the interests of third parties who seek to jeopardize European integration reforms in Ukraine” , – the communiqué said.
