The Chinese government will soon announce mirror measures for American media.
This was announced on Wednesday, July 1, by Hu Xizin, Editor-in-Chief of the Global Times.
According to him, the activities of several American media in China will be limited. The journalist did not provide any other details.
As News Front reported earlier, last month Washington listed four major Chinese publications as foreign agents. Thus, the possible reaction of Beijing is a mirror to the US actions. In addition, the U.S. administration has demanded that the staff of Chinese media offices in the U.S. be reduced. Beijing responded in the same way.
