South Korean authorities are preparing to revoke the license for two non-profit organizations, whose actions have led to the deterioration of inter-Korean relations, reports news agency Yonhap.

DPRK leader postpones military action plan against Seoul.
The South Korean authorities have decided to press charges against the two organizations earlier because of their refusal to stop distributing leaflets criticizing the Pyongyang leadership on inflatable balloons to DPRK territory.
Because of this long-standing activity, Pyongyang recently ceased contact with Seoul and bombed the Joint Coordination Office building to maintain civilian ties between the two sides.
If non-profit organizations are denied permission to operate, they will not be able to collect financial assistance in South Korea. For their part, they criticized the authorities for taking away their constitutional right to freedom of expression.
