Hong Kong police arrest more than 50 people during protests

On Sunday, a new wave of protests swept Hong Kong. During the rallies fights and arrests took place.

This was reported by Reuters, citing the Hong Kong police.

Fights took place in several areas at once: Kowloon and Mong Koke. In addition, some protesters tried to block the roads. This forced the police to use pepper spray to disperse the crowd.

At least 53 people were arrested.
