The incident occurred today. According to reports, an explosive device was attached to the commission’s car, which detonated on the way to the organization’s office. The victims of the attack were 24-year-old donor coordinator Fatima Khalil and 41-year-old driver Ahmad Javed Folad.

Information was confirmed by the Kabul police, according to which the incident occurred in the early morning.

At the moment, none of the groups has claimed responsibility for the attack. Representatives of the Taliban terrorist group deny its involvement in the incident.
