Speaking about foreign interference in the popular vote on July 1, I can’t get past the “work” of Deutsche Welle.
The German television and radio company, whose expenses in total in 2018 (the latest English-language report) amounted to more than 29 billion rubles (375 million euros), is systematically disseminating news events aimed at interfering with the voting process on amendments to the Constitution of Russia.
Moreover, they chose (as it seems to them) a very witty form: almost every day cartoons appear on the DW website, ridiculing either the amendments to the Russian Constitution themselves, or their content, or in general preparation for voting. The author is the famous cartoonist Sergei Elkin.
No other problems?
On the other hand, I understand: when there are no arguments, it remains only to clown…
