North Korea decided not to start hostilities against its southern neighbor. This issue was discussed at a preliminary meeting by the Central Military Committee of the Labor Party of Korea.
This was reported by the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea.
“At a preliminary meeting, the TPK Central Military Committee summed up the situation and suspended the implementation of military plans against the South, presented at the fifth meeting of the commission by the General Staff of the Korean People’s Army,” the report said.
The meeting was chaired by the head of the DPRK, Kim Jong-un.
