Protests that adversely affect monuments in the country continue in the USA. One of them was a monument to George Washington in Oregon. Another victim was a monument in honor of Francis Scott Key, the author of the American anthem.
At the same time, the monuments to the 18th President of the United States Ulysses Grant and the missionary Junipero Serra were affected.
Hundreds of people gathered around the monuments to help protesters spoil them. The police did not interfere with them.
The United States still celebrates in this way the Day of Liberation from Slavery, which was held on June 19.
