The summit of the five nuclear powers of the UN is useful for discussing general principles in resolving world issues, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
“What is our vision of the content of the upcoming summit? First of all, we think it will be useful for discussing steps to develop collective principles for resolving international issues”, – Putin’s article on World War II, published in the National Interest publication on Thursday, said.
According to the President of Russia, an open discussion on the problems of maintaining peace, strengthening global and regional security, control of strategic weapons, as well as joint efforts to combat terrorism, extremism and other major challenges and threats is necessary.
