On Wednesday, June 17, during a patrol in the Syrian province of Haseke, the Russian military tried to block the way for an American military convoy.
The provocation, which implied the failure of the patrol’s mission, failed – the Russian convoy easily circumnavigated the astonished Americans. In the footage taken by the U.S. military, you can see a Russian military police patrol column bypassing the “obstacle” on the side of the road. The incident occurred in the area of Al-Malikiya.
