According to Interfax, on Wednesday, during a briefing at the White House, presidential spokesman Kaylie McEnani said that U.S. President Donald Trump is working on police reforms after the death of African American George Floyd at the hands of a police officer.
“The president has spent the last 10 days quietly working carefully on proposals for legislation that have been raised by protesters across the country”, – McEnani said. – “This work is close to final revisions and we hope to prepare it for you in the coming days.”
