The Russian Federation, China, Iran and Cuba are providing comprehensive assistance to the Republic, he noted.
The President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, is convinced that Russia, China, Iran and Cuba are true friends of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela because they provide it with all possible assistance. He made a statement to that effect on Sunday in Caracas.
“Humanitarian aid comes from China, Russia, Iran and Cuba. They are real friends [of Venezuela]”, – said Maduro, whose speech was broadcast on state television.
He recalled that the U.S. had offered $20 million in assistance “Not a single dollar came,” Maduro said.
