Mexico stated that after June it will not participate in the OPEC + deal, the reduction in July without it will amount to 9.6 million barrels per day. This was reported to Russian journalists by a source in one of the alliance delegations.
“Mexico said it will complete the deal in June,” the source said.
At the same time, when asked whether the OPEC + countries would extend the reduction of oil production by 9.6 million barrels per day for July (the quota for Mexico was 100 thousand barrels per day) instead of the discussed 9.7 million, he answered in the affirmative : “9.6 million for one month.”
