A former participant in a punitive operation in the Donbass was detained after he pulled out a check, threatening to blow up police officers.
This was reported by Ukrainian media.
The incident occurred in Nikopol near the destroyed Alekseevsky bridge. There, a man approached the officers of the National Police and asked: “What will happen if I throw a grenade at you?”
Then the man took out the ammunition and pulled out a check. The police managed to react. The man was neutralized and arrested. The grenade did not explode.
As it turned out later, the attacker in the past took part in a punitive operation in the Donbass.
