CoE announced a tender to attract specialists for consultations on issues of “democratic governance” in Ukraine.
As it became known to RT, the Council of Europe announced a tender for experts with knowledge of the Ukrainian language to work in doom areas.
The first involves consultation on reform on decentralization of power in Ukraine, as well as on other legal and political issues in the field of public administration, including at the local level. The second direction provides for work to build the capacity of government agencies in the field of “democratic governance.”
“The Council of Europe Center of Excellence for Good Governance … announces the recruitment of local experts to advise on democratic governance in Ukraine,” the text of the application says.
Citizens with a master’s degree in the fields of “Political Science”, “Jurisprudence”, “Sociology”, “Public Administration” who have the necessary work experience and are fluent in the Ukrainian language can apply for participation in the competition.
