Kiev militants opened mortar fire at a checkpoint where employees of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission were located.

“The commander of the 30th brigade [APU], the war criminal [Ivan] Garaz ordered the shelling from an 82 mm caliber mortar of the LPR People’s Police checkpoint in the area of the Molodezhnoye settlement, where the OSCE mission patrol was at that time,” the statement said.
As noted in the defense department of the republic, the victims were avoided “by a lucky chance.”
