A meeting of the heads of government of the CIS took place in a video conference format, as a result of which a package of documents on cooperation was signed.

According to media reports, among the signed agreements there was a draft CIS economic development strategy for the period until 2030.
The strategy includes the approaches of the countries of the Commonwealth regarding areas of cooperation and mechanisms of interstate cooperation in the economic sphere.
According to Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee Sergey Lebedev, it was proposed to approve the draft strategy, instructing the executive committee, together with representatives of countries, to finalize the draft strategy taking into account the circumstances associated with the pandemic.
