US Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell, who is about to leave his post in the near future, bluntly stated that US pressure on Germany will continue in the future.
On Twitter, Grenell responded to the comment that after his resignation, all of Germany “will breathe a sigh of relief”, saying: “You make a big mistake if you think that the pressure of America will stop. You do not know the Americans. ”
Over the two years of his activity as ambassador to Germany, Grenell has repeatedly brazenly and without any diplomatic respect spoke out about the affairs of German politics and put pressure on Berlin, for example, on Iran’s policy or on the Russian-German gas pipeline Nord Stream 2.
