UN openly accused Kiev militants of killing Donbass residents

This is stated in the report of the United Nations on human rights in Ukraine.

According to the UN, in 2019, 27 civilians died in the Donbass. Another 140 were injured. At the same time, 105 civilians became victims of artillery shelling. It is noteworthy that representatives of the UN directly indicated who exactly is shelling, violating the ceasefire.

The document notes that 85 people or 81% – 5 dead and 80 wounded – are citizens of the Donbas People’s Republics, who were subjected to shelling by the Ukrainian occupation forces.

Only 17% of people, according to the UN, suffer from shelling in areas controlled by Ukrainian punishers.

In addition, the UN filed a complaint against the administration of Vladimir Zelensky regarding obstacles preventing LDPR retirees from receiving legal pensions in Ukraine.

The report of the international organization also indicates that the Ukrainian occupation forces are robbing residents of Avdeevka, Krasnogorovka, Maryinka and Novotroitsky, and use civilian property and housing for personal purposes. At the same time, some residents are forced to pay utility bills used by Kiev militants.
