“Today, when the state of emergency continues in many countries and the pandemic is still in an active phase, the joint successful steps and measures undertaken by the country have given us the opportunity to talk about ending the state of emergency and also remove phased restrictions,” TASS quoted the Advisor to the Prime Minister Georgian Foreign Affairs Irakli Chikovani.
