According to media reports, provocateurs expected to march in the central financial district of Hong Kong at noon local time [7:00 Moscow time], however, even after active online campaigning, only a small group of radicals came to protest.

In this regard, the organizers had to continue the campaign on the network, calling for demonstrations. Protesters believe the new legislation is “a great time to reload the protest.”
