Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that a meeting in the Normandy format may take place after the decline of the pandemic.
“As for the President of the Russian Federation, I did not have a meeting with him in any format or calls. We are not letting go of the issue of the return of our people and the occupied territories… We must talk to them, we must make an agreement. We are ready for any format that will bring results”, – he said.
Anyway, nothing new. All ways to achieve peace in the Donbas have long been opened, but Kiev “invents the bicycle” and promises a miracle after another round of negotiations. In all this history, only one more format is missing.
