The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation said that Russia could impose restrictions on Turkish carriers when entering the country from May 11, if Ankara does not remove similar restrictions on Russian carriers during the day.
“In the absence of decisions to remove restrictions on Russian road carriers, mirror measures may be introduced for Turkish carriers from 23:00 on May 11, 2020,” the statement said.
