The White House National Security Council refused to take responsibility for the failed operation of the American militants in Venezuela, but did not rule out another – more successful.
This was reported by the press service of the social network.
As previously reported by News Front, May 3, it was reported that Venezuelan law enforcement officers intercepted a group of mercenaries from Colombia, who were trying to infiltrate the Bolivarian Republic in order to overthrow the government.
In particular, two American militants Luke Denman and Irene Berry were detained. Denman confessed that he had to take control of the airport in Caracas and ensure the landing of the plane on which President Nicolas Maduro was to be delivered to the United States.
“The Government of the United States has no connection with the recent events that allegedly took place in Venezuela, said the National Security Council. – If this was a U.S. planned operation, as Maduro claims, who was charged with drug terrorism, it would be open, direct and effective.
