Intelligence Germany believes that by accusing China of spreading coronavirus, the U.S. is simply a distraction.
This was reported by portal Der Spiegel, referring to its own sources.
The Federal Intelligence Service of Germany turned to all partners in the Five Eyes intelligence network (USA, Australia, UK, Canada and New Zealand) for proof that China is truly responsible for the pandemic. No evidence was ever provided.
In a note to Defense Secretary Annegret Kramp-Carrenbauer, the scouts called U.S. actions “a calculated distraction”. Thus, they are simply trying to distract from their own mistakes and redirect the anger of Americans to China.
